Recollection is a photobook that examines the nostalgic power of photography through the lens of "low-quality" cameras. Featuring images captured from the early 2000s to 2021, the project uses old digital cameras and other outdated devices to explore how the tools of documentation shape our memories. By revisiting these same cameras to take new photos years later, Recollection reveals how nostalgia is not just about the past—it can also be found in the present.
